Dear Shirikisho Members,
You will remember that on Friday, 03/10/2025, we brought you the Agreement for the IT system approved by the Central Committee for you to read.
We would like to inform you that the collection of donations for the costs of this new IT system will officially begin today, 07 October 2025 and officially close on 14 October 2025.
This donation is for the costs of:-
1) Contractor for the installation of the IT system.
2) Maintenance and repairs for the past year and the next year.
3) Web hosting for the past year and the next year.
4) Web domain fee for the past year and the next year.
All these costs are specified in the IT system agreement available here SHIRIKISHO Platform Contract
As you know, this system has been established to improve the service, transparency, and security of all members' information.
Each member is required to donate £2.05 (2 Pounds and 5 Pence).
Payments are made online, no personal account will be used as we do for funeral donations.
To fulfill the requirement of transparency, every two days we will be sending you a list of donors and the amount donated. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive your receipt from Stripe and you will also receive an email confirmation from the Shirikisho.
